Field Service Engineer III

The Field Service Engineer performs a variety of technical functions in support of engineering activities for the United States Air Force (USAF) such as troubleshooting, testing, modification, assembly, and maintenance and repair of electronic systems and other specialized avionics equipment.
? Evaluate components, subsystems, test equipment, and software
? Provide technical support to Air Force customers on operations and maintenance of assigned communications/surveillance equipment
? Perform aircraft installation, troubleshooting, and testing of equipment
? Support aircraft flight test and engineering evaluations of new systems and system configurations
? Assist in training junior level electronics technicians and Air Force personnel to perform general fabrication, assembly, test and evaluation, and documentation tasks

? Minimum four (4) years' aircraft avionics maintenance experience, Joint Threat Warning System (JTWS) equipment experience, or equivalent Department of Defense Signal Intelligence (DoD SIGINT) experience
? Must be able to operate as a single maintainer at either CONUS or OCONUS locations to include hostile territories
? Possess DoD 8140 Information Assurance Technician Level I and Level II certifications
? Experience with AFSOC, AF or DoD SIGINT/COMINT, EW, Guidance & Control or Comm/Nav systems
? Knowledge of AF and AFSOC organizational structure
? Knowledge of DoD SIGINT/COMINT employment concepts
? Familiarity with USAF, AFSOC aircraft maintenance concepts, practices, and procedures
? Possess DoD 8140 Information Assurance Technician Level I and Level II certifications
? Ability to deploy worldwide with AFSOC personnel in support of exercise and contingency operations including hostile territories
? Travel to 50% or more

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
