Job Summary: AbMN systems integrate tactical radios and tactical data links for aircrew situational awareness
Essential Job Functions:
Oversees AbMN implementation of and associated training requirement prior to installation on AFSOC aircraft
Track progress of AbMN IPT
Ensures AFSOC operational needs are addressed at the SOCOM level (PEO)
Understanding of command Airborne Mission Networking requirements, and the systems that support the ability to communicate/transmit Voice, Text, Full Motion Video (LOS/BLOS)
Knowledge/experience of AbMN solutions on AFSOC aircraft such as SAMS-ESA, Sentry, Brimstone
Preferred experience in the use of these systems and/or completion of the Link 16 Joint Interoperability Course
Minimum of 3 years' experience on a MAJCOM or Number Air Force (NAF) Staff required
Ability to keep deadlines and manage change to assure personal responsibility for timelines
Comfortable interacting with leadership, faculty, technologists and other teams (KISD)
Special Operations experience required
Basic knowledge of the following MDSs: AC-130U/W, MC-130H/P, U-28, MC/PC-12; C-145, C-130J, and other non-standard aviation aircraft
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Social or Physical Sciences
Desired: Master's Degree in Social or Physical Sciences
Special Requirements:
Must possess a Secret security clearance

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
