Command and Control (C2) Analyst (A3)

Job Summary: Provide command policy, direction, oversight of mission planning, certification standards and quota management of C2 courses
Essential Job Functions:
Oversee infrastructure development for robust proliferations across the command
Use AFSOC and SOCOM directives to develop and maintain a certification standard to prepare Air Commandos to deploy in a Joint Staff environment
Provide guidance and direction for the instruction and delivery of courseware to those air commandos prior to deployment
Maintain working relationship with the AFSOC Operations Center and USSOCOM to ensure all certification training for deployed staff is current and relevant
Serve as a the command advisor for the Special Operations Mission Planning and Execution Systems, Air Force C2 systems such as TBMCS and MAAP Toolkit, and AFSOC-unique systems supporting C2 and operations
Minimum of 2 years' experience on a MAJCOM or Numbered Air Force (NAF) staff
Ability to keep deadlines and manage change to assure personal responsibility for timelines
Comfortable interacting with leadership, faculty, technologists and other teams (ISD)
Special Operations experience required
Basic knowledge of the following MDSs: AC-130U/W, MC-130H/P, U-28, MC/PC-12; C-145, C-130J, and other non-standard aviation aircraft
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Social or Physical Sciences
Desired: Master's Degree in Social or Physical Sciences
Special Requirements:
Must possess a Secret security clearance

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
