Strategy Division Chief SME

Overview
ACT I has been providing solutions for high profile military programs such as the U.S. Navy's and the U.S. Air Force's Joint Strike Fighter F-35, the U.S. Navy's F-18, EA-18G and F-16N Aggressor, and the U.S. Air Force's F-22 Raptor since 1998.
The mission of the 505th Command and Control Wing (505 CCW) is to enable integrated multi-domain command and control (C2) through training, testing, tactics development and systems evaluation for the warfighter under the direction of the United States Air Force Warfare Center (USAFWC). The 505th Training Group (505 TRG) located at Hurlburt Field, FL and provides intermediate and advanced training for Air Force Component Headquarters (AFCHQ) staffs tailored operational C2 mission and continuation training for Joint & Coalition forces and delivers hands-on, operational-level multi-domain C2 lessons learned to the joint force.
CONUS and OCONUS travel will be necessary.
Responsibilities
Strategy Division Chief SME to serve as expert on techniques and procedures to apply AOC Strategy Division Chief expertise and experience interfacing with external organizations to AOC Staff. Strategy Division Chief SME will also apply senior officer expertise by directing, planning, training, and executing advanced academic missions for a multitude of diverse senior audiences during courses and exercises.
Demonstrated knowledge and skill in strategy development and operational assessment activities. Working knowledge of requisite Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS) applications pertinent to job performance. Strong working knowledge and application of joint and USAF doctrine, to include USAF service and functional component roles and relationships. Comprehensive knowledge and application of Joint Air Estimate process, Joint Air and Operations Plan, and Air Operations Directive. Demonstrated superior written and verbal communications skills. Certified USAF instructor, or equivalent. Able to obtain TS/SCI clearance. Specialized C2 training (i.e., C2WAC, SAAS, SAMS, SAWS, JSSC, etc.) and cross-functional experience (i.e., service component and/or JTF/combatant command ops/plans staff principal) highly desired. USAF Checkmate experience desired. Knowledge and application of exercise development, training management, and Universal Joint Task List (UJTL) based training objectives.
Qualifications
3 years on a Component-Numbered Air Force (C-NAF) or MAJCOM AFFOR Staff in a leadership capacity or 3 years as a qualified AOC Team or Division Chief.
Minimum two years of experience as Strategy Division Chief, performing leadership duties during minimum five exercises or real-world contingencies.
SMEs must have practical experience executing the Joint Operations Planning Process for Air (JOPP-A) and participated in at least 2 deliberate or crisis action planning events.
SMEs will be capable of participating in all course-related functions spanning preparation, execution, execution support and maintenance of the course.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
