Training Integrator

B3H Corporate headquarters are in Shalimar, Florida. We are seeking qualified and experienced candidates to support Air Force Special Operations Command's (AFSOC) Air Force Special Operations Air Warfare Center (AFSOAWC). Candidates will provide AFSOC with on-site instructorsupport for AFSOAWC's training operations. Support areas include: fixed wing aircrew instruction, fixed wing flight instruction, remotely pilot aircraft (RPA) aircrew instruction, fixed wing simulator instruction, and weapon system leads for specific mission design series (MDS) aircraft or location. Position will be located at Hurlburt Field, FL.   The AC-130 MDS/Training Integrator will be the primary point of contact and conduit between B3H's contracted workforce and the Government. Responsibilities Lead, manage and oversee the successful accomplishment of aircrew training services for a team of MDS aircrew instructors, maintain schedules, maintain currency of instructor personnel, address training issues Perform as the on-site focal point and contract workforce leader for all aspects of aircrew instruction for the assigned MDS Coordinate with Government representatives to implement MDS training programs and ground and airborne instruction requirements and schedules Participate in weekly training review boards to review required training for assigned MDS aircraft, and schedule/commit contracted instructor workforce to accomplish training in accordance with assigned duties Provide recommendations for update MDS aircrew position training plans, syllabus, course materials, formal classroom training and inflight training Apply full spectrum understanding of MDS and aircrew positions to assess impacts of MDS simulator modifications, MDS platform modifications, and MDS platform missions Qualifications Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years of AFSOC experience Extensive experience employing AFSOC aircraft Former AFSO aircrew instructor Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) Two (2) years of AFSOC/AETC Formal Training Unit (FTU) experience (highly desired) Major Command (MAJCOM) or higher staff tour (highly desired)TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility for SCI Current Secret Security Clearance 2018-2198

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
