Qualifications:
In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions, Miscellaneous Administration and Program Series, 0301. SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-12, or equivalent in other pay systems. Examples of specialized experience includes knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of level plans and programs for conducting major operations. Expert knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and implementation of command level plans, programs and requirements for conducting major operations such as war, mobilization, exercise, rescue, mission and flight operations, foreign military sales, PPBS, acquisition, special operations, contingency operations, long-range strategy for the beddown of new aircraft rebasing concepts, tactical and strategic airlift, training, or similar operations. FEDERAL TIME-IN-GRADE (TIG) REQUIREMENT FOR GENERAL SCHEDULE (GS) POSITIONS:
Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in- grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-12 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-13 level. TIG applies if you are in a current GS position or held a GS position within the previous 52 weeks. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs):
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
l. Knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and implementation of command level plans, programs and requirements for conducting major operations such as war, mobilization, exercise, rescue, mission and flight operations, foreign military sales, SPPBE, acquisition, special operations, contingency operations, long-range strategy for the beddown of new aircraft rebasing concepts, tactical and strategic airlift, training, or similar operations. 2. Knowledge of United States Special Operations Forces, United States Air Force, command and control relationships at the Combatant Command level, the varied combat missions and functions, knowledge of CJCS CONPLANs and the counter proliferation taskings directed to special operations forces and commands. 3. Knowledge of Air Force and command program goals and objectives, the sequence and timing of key operational events and milestones, and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of planning actions related to actual events; and the relationship of the various command entities involved in overall program planning and execution of military operations and evaluations. 4. Knowledge of AFSOC's planning, programming, budgeting and execution system actions; AF Special Operations Forces (SOF) modification/acquisition programs; science and technology; Major Force Program 4 and ll (MFP 4 and MFP ll) programming actions; manpower and organization; policy, doctrine, mission area plans; force structure; and Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E). 5. Knowledge of Air Force special operations aircraft, programs, missions, and requirements, gained through unit or staff assignments within the Air Force or a Joint Operations environment, in Logistics, Plans and Programs, Operations or Intelligence, or deployed on contingency operations. 6. Skill in conducting comprehensive studies; and preparing solutions to resolve substantive and/or critical problems/issues of effectiveness and efficiency under the Joint Integration and Development System (JCIDS) for a major command program. 7. Ability to plan, organize, communicate effectively, and lead others in studies or projects and negotiate complex issues effectively with leadership and analysts to accept and implement recommendations, where proposals involve substantial resources, and require extensive changes in established requirements, concepts and procedures. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
